As we approach fall and winter and the dreaded cold and flu season, we would like to share a little about how we keep you safe! We are amping up our cleaning of high-touch areas, such as television remotes, light switches, door knobs, etc. We also provide access to sick leave for our employees, we will NEVER send a sick employee into your home! Providing sick leave allows employees to stay home when ill without fearing repercussions for missing work. We also provide training, year round, in proper cleaning techniques, avoidance of cross-contamination, and dwell times for disinfectants. We never compromise your health and safety, after all, we are CLEAN Residential Services, and we get it!

We will work with you to find the day that works with your schedule! Once scheduled, we will send you a text reminder three days prior and an emailed reminder the afternoon before your cleaning. There are no contracts, we work to earn your business each time we clean!

Please do what is most comfortable for you! Many of our clients are at work, and we simply work out a way to enter and lock up the home. Some clients are home the entire cleaning, and that is 100% fine as well. We are always mindful that we are guests in your home. Our staff is bonded and insured, and we have confidence in their trustworthiness.

Yes! Our staff will arrive with premium cleaning solutions that meet Green Seal GS-37 standards. We utilize a neutral floor cleaner that is safe for all tile/wood surfaces. Streak-free non-ammoniated glass and multi-surface cleaner. A non-acid-based bathroom cleaner that disinfects and deodorizes without risk to surfaces, including natural stone. We also utilize a one-step, quaternary-based disinfectant that provides broad-spectrum, medical-grade disinfection on all surfaces. We also provide loving care for all wood surfaces with a wax-free, non-drying wood cleaner. We don't mix and formulate our own supplies, cleaning companies typically don't have the appropriate background in this area, and could not provide the OSHA required formularies to clients if we created our own "cleaners." So instead, we source PROVEN, SAFE, and PREMIUM cleaning products to give your home a reliable clean that not only looks clean but is CLEAN!
That said, if you prefer a cleaner be used in your home other than what we provide, we are happy to oblige. We only require it be bleach-free and in its original container that is clearly marked and safe for the surfaces it is intended."

We were busy professionals, had children in school, running ourselves ragged between work, sports, music lessons, and other obligations and we decided to hire a house cleaner. Well, that turned into many house cleaners as we hired and fired frequently. We encountered issues that we could not tolerate. We didn't want our house cleaner's children brought into our home to play while their parent cleaned (huge insurance liability issue). We didn't like the constant cancellations and reschedules due to their busy family lives and sick children. We are those people that prepare for the cleaner and when they no-show, it is irritating! The real straw that broke the camel's back was the day I came home to a dirty kitchen sink drain...hair, debris, etc. I called the lady who was our, then, current house cleaner, and politely asked if perhaps she overlooked cleaning the sink. She quickly exclaimed, "Oh, I always clean your sink first thing!" I gently responded, "Well, the drain appears to have a lot of dirt and debris in it." She then explained that the kitchen sink was where she disposed of her MOP WATER prior to leaving! This was when I realized that cleaning is not a standard practice and people have very different definitions of cleanliness. We decided that if we were having this much trouble finding a great cleaner that understands hygiene, cross-contamination, and sanitation, that other people had to be struggling as well. We spent the next year writing a business plan, and outlining a training program that not only teaches employees how to be detailed oriented, but teaches how to make things truly clean and safe. We have built in layers of safeguards from insurance, worker's compensation insurance, bonding, licenses, permits, etc. Further, we are NOT independent contractors. We are W-2 employers, alleviating the tax issue for our clients, and legally permits us to direct our employees actions; training, uniforms, cleaning products, etc. and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
