Please notify the office as soon as possible if you need to cancel/change your appointment. Every client has a designated spot on our calendar. If any changes need to be made, please CALL the office as soon as possible at 423-863-6400. Last-minute cancellations cause havoc with our scheduling; therefore, we require 48-hour notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations less than 48 hours may be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of your cleaning charge. Cancellations under 24 hours are charged at your total cleaning rate. Our employees depend on having homes on their schedule, and when cancellations are made last minute, it significantly affects them.
When we establish service, we will secure a payment method to be on file for your service.
A convenience charge of 3% will be added to your invoice; this is a charge from our merchant services to process payment.
First-time cleanings are assessed the total invoice to be paid before the cleaning to secure your appointment. The pre-payment for first-time cleans is non-refundable. You are paying upfront to secure and hold the date agreed upon.
When you choose us to provide your home cleaning needs you have the benefit of a cleaning team that is trained, bonded, and insured. You can't always expect these assurances when you hire individual contractors to clean your home. We follow all federal, state, and local requirements for taxes and licenses. We seek the best people and continuously look for ways to contribute and give back to our community. We know the value of protecting your home and your family, and we take that very seriously. We also collect ongoing feedback, from you, our customers, on ways we can continue to improve your service and satisfaction.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Should you find a significant oversight on our part, CALL our office within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will assess the situation and, if needed, send a cleaning specialist back to your home to make things right. We do not discount or refund cleanings as our satisfaction guarantee will be honored by making sure things are as promised. You must CALL(not text or email) us within the 24-hour window as beyond that timeframe, other factors such as daily living, pets, etc., can impact the home's condition.
You will receive an email survey after the cleaning. It is a simple 1-5 scorecard. You may also leave comments or upload pictures. This is a way to receive valuable feedback that keeps us always striving to deliver what we promise! This is not a substitute for a phone call should a significant oversight occur.
We do! We can't think of a better gift than the gift of a clean home and free time. Gift certificates are ideal for holidays, new mothers, folks recovering from surgery or illness, or simply a treat for someone that is busy. Please call to discuss your gift giving needs.

Recurring cleanings typically start with a one time deep cleaning to get your home in tip top shape. You choose the interval that you want your home maintained. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings, as well as one time cleanings, move in/move out and specialty services to prepare for guests or parties. We have something for everyone!
We can't move heavy furniture, and we can't clean things we can't reach from the floor with our extension equipment. We have several things that we can do as add on services, so feel free to speak with us if you have a particular task you would like to have completed.
Also, for the safety of our employees, we do not clean up blood, feces, medical waste, infestations, or junk removal.
