What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  We ask that you cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning if you find you need to do so.  Many times we can simply reschedule your cleaning within a few days.

How do I pay?

We will send an invoice via email.  You can use your checking account, debit, or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, and Apple Pay.  A 3% processing fee will apply.

As with all services, payment is expected when services are rendered, so prompt payment is appreciated.

Why should we choose Clean Residential Services, Inc.?

When you choose us to provide your home cleaning needs you have the benefit of a house cleaner or cleaning team that is trained, bonded, insured, drug tested, and background checked.  You can't always expect these assurances when you hire individual contractors to clean your home.  We follow all federal, state, and local requirements for taxes and licenses. We seek the best people and continuously look for ways to contribute and give back to our community.  We know the value of protecting your home and your family, and we take that very seriously.  We also collect ongoing feedback, from you, our customers, on ways we can continue to improve your service and satisfaction.

What if something isn't quite right?

We will make it right!  If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will make it right.  Your satisfaction is our goal!

Do you offer gift certificates?

We do!  We can't think of a better gift than the gift of a clean home and free time.  Gift certificates are ideal for holidays, new mothers, folks recovering from surgery or illness, or simply a treat for someone that is busy.  Please call to discuss your gift giving needs.

How do I get started?

You give us a call, send us an email, or text and we will set an appointment to come to your home and give you a free estimate.  This gives us an opportunity to give you a fair price and gives you an opportunity to customize exactly what you need and envision for your home. 

All recurring cleanings start with a one time deep cleaning to get your home in tip top shape.  You choose the interval that you want your home maintaned.  We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly  cleanings, as well as one time cleanings, move in/move out and specialty services to prepare for guests or parties.  We have something  for everyone!

What can't you do?

We can't move heavy furniture, and we can't clean things we can't reach from the floor.  We have several things that we can do as add on services, so feel free to speak with us if you have a particular task you would like to have completed.  

Why is an in-home estimate necessary?

It is virtually impossible to properly price a home unseen.  There are many variables that make your situation unique.  When we visit to give you an estimate we also have valuable time with you to really listen and see exactly what you want done, how you want it done, and what products you prefer.  While we operate a business, we understand that this is also a relationship of trust and you need to meet us and be able to feel good about the process.

What is a move-in/move-out cleaning?

Glad you asked!  When you have sold your home and are in that crazy rush to move out by a deadline, you are too busy to give your home the cleaning that you would like to; time just runs out.  That is where we come in!  You can schedule with us to get the home fresh and clean without you wasting precious time and energy during an already stressful time!  If you are the one moving in, think about how nice it would be to have your new home professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to your moving day.
