At Clean Residential Services, Inc., we believe that clear communication is the key to client satisfaction. Please find below our cancellation policy. This policy is also attached to every quote we send to our clients. We want to serve you BEST!
Three days prior to your cleaning day, you will receive a reminder text to the mobile number you provided. The afternoon prior to your cleaning day you will receive an email reminder that includes your personalized arrival window.
The arrival windows are 8:30 AM-11:59 AM for morning arrivals and 12:00 PM-4:30 PM for afternoon arrivals.
If you cancel your cleaning 48 hours before your cleaning day, you will not be charged, and we will work to reschedule or skip to your next scheduled cleaning day.
If you cancel after 48 hours, but before 24 hours before your cleaning day, we will assess 50% of your cleaning charge.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours before your cleaning day, we will charge 100% of your cleaning.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM, and cancellations or change requests need to be called into the office to ensure we have received them.
