Clean Residential Services began with a simple need in our own home. We couldn’t find a cleaning company that offered the consistency, reliability, and genuine care we wanted for our family. As former teachers, we value structure, communication, and integrity; qualities we believe should extend to any service built on trust. When we couldn’t find that level of care, we decided to create it ourselves.

What started as a personal solution quickly became a calling to bring that same peace of mind to other families. Our teaching backgrounds shaped everything about how we operate, from how we train our teams to the care and respect we show every client. We know that in order to provide a truly seamless experience, we must hire, train, and retain the best talent in the Tri-Cities. Every person on our team is hand-picked to uphold Clean’s values of health, trust, respect, education, and pride in every detail.

Today, Clean Residential Services proudly serves Kingsport, Bristol, Johnson City, Abingdon, Gray, Jonesborough, Church Hill, and surrounding communities. Our thoughtful systems and technology help ensure nothing is missed, and if it ever is, we make it right. We value communication and encourage feedback from every client because our business isn’t just about cleaning homes, it’s about helping people feel genuinely cared for.

We’re proud parents to three amazing sons: Ben and his wife, Megan, are healthcare professionals and adventure seekers living in Chattanooga; Zack is a surgeon in Illinois, and his wife, Mandy, is an OB/GYN; and Will, a University of Tennessee student preparing for law school. Family has always been at the heart of what we do, and that same spirit drives every home we’re privileged to care for.
