We couldn’t find a house cleaning company that delivered the consistency, reliability, and genuine care we wanted for our own family. So we built one.
As former teachers, we believe structure, communication, and integrity matter, especially when you’re trusting someone inside your home. When we couldn’t find the level of professional house cleaning service we were looking for, we decided to create it ourselves.
What began as a personal solution grew into Clean Residential Services, a locally owned residential cleaning company serving homeowners throughout Kingsport, Johnson City, Bristol and the Tri-Cities of Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Our teaching backgrounds still shape how we operate today, from the systems we build to the way we train and support our team.
We believe a dependable cleaning experience starts with the right people. That’s why our cleaners are trained W-2 employees, not independent contractors, and why we invest in hiring, training and retaining people who share our values of health, trust, respect, education and pride in their work.
Since 2017, we’ve helped thousands of families spend less time worrying about their homes and more time living in them. Family has always been at the heart of Clean. We’re proud parents of three sons, Ben, Zack and Will, each pursuing meaningful paths of their own. That same sense of responsibility and care guides the way we treat the families who trust us with their homes.
